In our community, over 2,700 children are returning to school without a stable home, often spending nights couch surfing, in crowded apartments, or in cars. These children must manage schoolwork, friendships, and normal activities without knowing where they’ll sleep that night. The uncertainty and instability place great pressure on their young minds.
Rescue Outreach Mission is committed to helping children and families find permanent housing, believing every child deserves a home. But we can’t do it alone.
For the price of lunch for two or less than a tank of gas, you can help provide safety and shelter for a child in need right here in our Seminole County community.
Your gift can start a ripple effect – providing children with the stability they desperately need to stay in school and transform their lives for the better.

Rescue Outreach Mission is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit serving the disadvantaged and homeless in Central Florida since 1986. Our mission is to provide resources that prevent homelessness and help those experiencing it become self-sufficient. We aim to bridge the gap between homelessness and housing for individuals and families. Founded by Mother Blanche Bell Weaver, Rescue Outreach Mission started as a small effort by a church to help the desperate living without basics. Today, we carry on that legacy by providing safety, support and a healing environment.
Our vision is for a community where no individual or family experiences homelessness. Your donation will directly help us work towards making that vision a reality.
